What is PACE?
PACE is a comprehensive healthcare program and provider of coordinated, personalized care and social engagement. It is designed for older adults who qualify for nursing home care but prefer to live independently in their community. There are no co-pays or deductibles, and no benefit limits. Your care is truly coordinated, with an interdisciplinary team meeting daily to discuss all appointments, medications, and care needs. The goal of the program is to help you thrive while continuing to live in your own home.
Full-Service Adult Day Health Center
Broward PACE Program’s brand-new Center is conveniently located in central Fort Lauderdale, just west of I-95. Transportation to and from the Center is free for participants. You’ll spend time in our safe, secure environment with staff that truly cares about you. Our Adult Day Health Center also offers:
- Top-of-the-line clinic
- Private exam rooms
- Open observation room
- Gym and rehabilitation equipment
- Individual and group activities
- Breakfast, lunch, and snacks
