With nearly 30% of Broward County’s population now aged 55 and older, the need for access to high-quality, convenient care has never been greater. Addressing this need, the Broward PACE Program officially opened on February 18 bringing an important expansion of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) to the community.

At the grand opening, Broward Health President and CEO Shane Strum and Miami Jewish Health President and CEO Jeffrey Freimark highlighted how PACE supports better health outcomes, helps reduce hospital stays, and eases the burden on families and caregivers, so participants can live healthier, more independent lives safely within their own communities.
