The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is specifically designed to provide coordinated, personalized care for participants and offer a much-needed break for family caregivers.
When your loved one enrolls in PACE, you are not alone in managing their care. Our Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meets daily to oversee every aspect of your loved one’s well-being.

Imagine a day where you no longer have to worry. Your loved one is picked up by our friendly transportation team and brought to our welcoming center. Here, their day might include:
- A routine check-up with their doctor in a private exam room at our state-of-the-art clinic.
- A physical therapy session using our modern gym and rehabilitation equipment.

- A nutritious lunch shared with friends.
